As a result of the global pandemic, we have made the decision to close our offices and transition fully to a remote workplace. We will reassess this situation in a month, on April 13. We believe Insight has a responsibility to practice social distancing to protect both the most vulnerable among our employees and extended family members and to support the greater community and even our region, by helping to avert a situation in which our health and emergency infrastructure becomes overwhelmed. We have planned for a seamless work transition and anticipate the provision of the same high-quality work that has been our standard over the past 20 years.
