    In support of this DoD federal advisory committee, Insight assessed the effectiveness of DoD policies and programs and each of the military departments to assist and support the management and transition of recovering wounded, ill, and injured members of the Armed Forces.     Survey of Healthcare Experiences of Patients

    Insight has led in-person summits at Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) medical centers around the country, engaging hundreds of patients and personnel to collect qualitative data about patient experiences. As part of this work, Insight automated the development of in-depth reports for the 18 Veterans Integrated Service Networks to provide real-time information on patient satisfaction across 141 VA facilities.

    Barriers to Veteran Entrepreneurship

    Insight is producing a peer-reviewed manuscript for the Small Business Administration (SBA) studying barriers to entrepreneurship for millennial post-9/11 veterans. Using data from the American Community Survey, this statistical analysis examines how millennial post-9/11 veteran entrepreneurs differ from other meaningful comparison groups of veterans and civilians. The goal of this research is to provide SBA and others with a foundational knowledge of millennial post-9/11 veteran entrepreneurs and the barriers they face in pursuing entrepreneurship.
