    The Sexual Assault Prevention and Response Office (SAPRO) is responsible for all prevention, advocacy, response, and oversight activities related to sexual assault within DoD and the Military Services. Insight provides comprehensive research and policy support for SAPRO, including managing two congressionally mandated reports tracking reporting and prevalence rates of sexual assault and sexual harassment in military populations. These reports also outline DoD and the Military Services’ efforts to prevent, reduce, and stop sexual assault and sexual harassment.

    Barriers to Veteran Entrepreneurship

    Insight conducted research supported by the Small Business Administration Office of Advocacy to examine barriers toward entrepreneurship for millennial post-9/11 veterans. Using data from the American Community Survey, this statistical analysis examined how millennial post-9/11 veteran entrepreneurs differ from other meaningful comparison groups of veterans and civilians. This research was the first to examine millennial post-9/11 veteran entrepreneurs and the barriers they face in pursuing entrepreneurship.
