The Indicators of Diet Quality, Nutrition, and Health for Americans by Program Participation Status, 2011–2016: WIC Report examines the relationships between WIC participation and selected measures of diet quality, such as the Healthy Eating Index, macro/micronutrient intakes, and food consumption patterns; and selected measures of health status such as body mass index and selected blood biomarkers. The study used data from the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey.
