Iliana Feliz is an education leader, teacher, and interpreter with over 12 years of experience.  She currently supports projects for the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food and Nutrition Service, providing project management and bilingual expertise.

Before joining Westat Insight, Iliana was the deputy program director at Rosemount Center, a bilingual, early childhood education center in Washington, DC. Iliana oversaw Head Start and state and local grant funding, led the accreditation and licensing process and monitored the center’s performance. She holds a master’s degree in education from the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. in political science from Columbia University.
