Julian Ross

Julian Ross is a program analyst who provides project support in the form of technical assistance, policy analysis, and training. He brings 6 years’ experience in the areas of healthcare, telehealth, privacy, and food and nutrition policy. He currently supports projects for the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food and Nutrition Service and the District of Columbia’s Department of Human Services primarily related to the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program. He has also supported projects for the U.S. Department of Education and the National Science Foundation, extracting data to provide guidance on policy development.

Earlier, as an independent policy consultant, Julian proposed benefit policy related to elder healthcare and the COVID-19 pandemic. For AbleTo, he helped establish privacy policy and cybersecurity internal infrastructure and determined federal regulatory compliance with updated laws. Julian holds a J.D. with a concentration in public policy from Cornell Law School.
