Rachel Neenan

Rachel is a research analyst who supports the health and food and nutrition practice areas. She has a background in health services research and public health nutrition.

Rachel currently supports projects for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services and the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food and Nutrition Service. She provides quantitative data analysis, qualitative data collection and coding, report writing, and project management.

Earlier, Rachel assisted with qualitative research projects at Kaiser Permanente and performed policy research at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. She holds an M.S. in public health from Emory University and a B.S. in nutritional science from Pepperdine University.
