Sade Akinbayo

Sade Akinbayo is a mission-driven analyst with experience in qualitative and mixed-methods research, policy analysis, technical assistance, project management, and proposal coordination.

At Westat Insight, Sade supports projects across several practice areas for agencies and organizations such as the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, the U.S. Department of Education, the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food and Nutrition Service, the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute, and the Department of Defense.

Earlier, Sade was an education fellow with AmeriCorps, where she tutored in math, mentored middle school students, and assisted the school director. She also worked as a research assistant at the University of Virginia, examining sociocultural factors affecting learning and education in Virginia and Haiti. Sade holds a B.A. in anthropology from the University of Virginia.
